Implementasi Pencatatan Akta Kelahiran Berbasis Online di Kabupaten Lanny Jaya

Abstract

Online Birth Registration in Lanny Jaya Regency, and analyzing the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Implementation of the Online Birth Certificate Registration Policy in Lanny Jaya Regency and the efforts made in the Implementation of the Online Birth Certificate Registration Policy in Lanny Jaya Regency. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, the researcher conducted the research at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Lanny Jaya Regency. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observations and literature studies. The results show that although communication between the Dukcapil Office and the community has been running, a face-to-face approach is still needed to reach people in remote areas. On the other hand, limited trained personnel, internet network disruptions, and minimal access to digital devices are challenges in utilizing online services. However, the enthusiasm and commitment of officers and good bureaucratic coordination are important assets in supporting successful implementation. The main supporting factors include the availability of an online service system and strong regulatory support, while the obstacles are low public awareness and limited infrastructure and human resources. The local government has made various efforts such as socialization, infrastructure improvement, and human resource training to optimize services. Overall, this policy has been running quite well but still requires improvements in the aspects of communication and equal distribution of resources in order to reach the entire community evenly and effectively.
