This research explores the optimization of inclusivity and diversity aspects in public speaking by PGRI Argopuro Jember University leaders in formal sessions. Using qualitative and case study methodology, this research assesses how university leaders apply the principle of inclusiveness in public communication and its impact on diverse audiences. Data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation analysis. The results show that while university leaders have made efforts to address diversity, there are challenges in implementing effective inclusive communication strategies. This research identifies key factors that influence the effectiveness of inclusive communication and provides recommendations for the improvement of more diverse and inclusive public speaking practices in academic settings. The findings are expected to make a significant contribution to the development of university communication policies and improve interactions between leaders and various audience groups.
